Are you self-employed and specialised in entry and exit inspections? We are looking for rigorous, organized and impartial experts to join our network of collaborators.
Your role
- Carry out objective and detailed inventories upon arrival and departure.
- Ensure neutrality and transparency in your findings.
- Write clear, well-documented reports (with photos).
- Be in contact with owners, tenants an estate agents.
Required profile
- Self-employed/freelance (required).
- Proven experience in conducting inventories.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector and rental law.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (tablet, writing software, photos).
- Be mobile and have your own vehicle.
Location
Mainly in Brussels and Walloon Brabant, with the possibility of occasional travel.
